A puppet armature created as a personal project - it's a friend of mine from high school wearing a cardboard box on his head and brandishing a paint thinner.

The puppet was made with a simple wire armature, bulked up with foam. The hands are molded and baked sculpey, attached to the puppet via bonding material. His clothes were hand-sewn from fabric.
